Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice
Draft, pending legal review before launch · Last updated: 25 August 2026This policy explains how Hery Zo ("I", "me") collects and uses information when you visit heryzo.org (the "Site") or submit the enquiry form on it. This is a solo, independent operation, not an agency, and only the minimum information needed to respond to your enquiry is collected.
Who is responsible for your data
Hery Zo is the data controller for information collected through this Site. If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, get in touch at our email or via the contact form on the Site.
What information is collected
Information is only collected when you voluntarily submit it through the enquiry form embedded on this Site (powered by Jotform). This may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your brand or company name
- Details about your product and current advertising, where provided
Separately, if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, this Site also uses Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, general device/location info, how you arrived at the Site). See the Analytics section below for details, this only happens if you actively consent, and no analytics cookies are set otherwise.
How the form works
The enquiry form is provided by Jotform, a third-party form service, and is embedded directly on this page via iframe. When you submit the form, your responses are sent to and stored by Jotform on my behalf, and I receive a copy to respond to your enquiry. Jotform's own privacy policy governs how it processes and secures that data in transit and at rest, see jotform.com/privacy.
How your information is used
Information submitted through the enquiry form is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare the custom example you requested
- Follow up about a potential working relationship, if you've expressed interest
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is not added to any automated marketing or CRM system, enquiries are currently tracked manually.
Analytics
This Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand overall traffic and how visitors use the Site, which pages get viewed, roughly where visitors come from, general device type. This is opt-in only: on your first visit you're shown a banner, and Google Analytics only loads if you click "Accept". If you click "Decline", or simply close the banner without accepting, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies/site data for heryzo.org, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
Where accepted, Google Analytics data is processed by Google, which may transfer data outside the UK/EEA under Google's standard contractual clauses, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Cookie Policy. Analytics data is not linked to the personal details you submit through the enquiry form.
Cookies
This Site itself does not set any cookies on page load. Two things on this Site may involve cookies, each handled differently:
Google Analytics, opt-in only. Cookies are set only if you click "Accept" on the banner shown on your first visit. See the Analytics section above for details.
The enquiry form, provided by Jotform and embedded via iframe. Jotform's own policy is to request your consent before placing any cookies on your device, including cookies necessary for the form to function (for example, to prevent duplicate submissions or support spam protection), that consent, if requested, happens within Jotform's own interface, not this Site's.
Data retention
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if a working relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required for legal, accounting, or tax purposes.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us or use the enquiry form, and any request will be actioned as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Site and how it's used evolve. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
